I sincerely hope this finds you well. My topic for the contest today is that recently here in my country Namibia it has been projected that we may be holding more than 10 billion barrels of oil along the Orange Basin.

This is a lucrative opportunity for the cities, citizens, investors engineers and economical infrastructure..

But also a potential hazard for scams and corruption by even the biggest of associates in the project.

Eventually as the normal citizens we will have to become wise and be able to capitalize from this opportunity.

The official production may perhaps start after say 10 years or so but I'm sure we are already eligible as a country to take loans and such upon what we have found so far, my question to you where would you start to make sure that you would be included in a venture deal which at the end of the day really actually belongs to all of us and not just the elites of the country?
