I have been wandering about the same thing for some time now, you see my notion and point of view on this may be that, understand this is only my view.

The same people selling the vaccine are the same people that have developed the virus you see the government my be innocent as it may have been too much noise connecting all countries with this idea and not having people finding out about it, so it just had to be the work of a small organization.

So this is how it work first they develop the virus and the vaccine then when they have the vaccine they release it into the world, imagine people dyeing, countries are going crazy and they really need to find the vaccine.

Suddenly we have a cure is this not too sudden and to easy. Yes yes the people holding the formula and the cure are making bread from government's and private medical institutions.

You are asking why they haven't found the cure for diseases like HIV is because they don't need too. See this diseases bring order.
Back in the day we had families of twenty children this wouldn't be healthy now as everything is becoming expensive and we are already suffering the government's would rather have more people dying then living.

Less mouth's to feed less problems to handle so even if they already have the cure they will not release it.
