Hello everyone On this occasion I want to participate in a contest held by @hive-118902 about Steem-agro Contest: "Basic Knowledge in Agriculture #17" here is my entry

Traditional Farming and the Tools Used

Traditional farming is a farming system that is carried out from generation to generation with simple methods and manual equipment. This system often relies on human and animal power, and is influenced by natural conditions, such as season and soil fertility. Although it has lower productivity than modern farming, this method is still used in various regions because of its low operational costs and minimal dependence on high technology.

In traditional and semi-modern farming, various tools are used to assist the farming process. Some of them are:
Hoe– loosens soil for planting, makes beds and pulls weeds.
Plow: Animal tractor (ie cow or buffalo) plow the soil for planting by turning the soil. The semi-modern version can use a tractor.
Sickle - Functions to harvest rice or grass for animal feed.
Ani-ani – A small tool for selectively harvesting rice by cutting the stalks one by one.
Water pump – Used to irrigate rice fields or fields from the nearest water source.
Sprayer – A tool for spraying pesticides or liquid fertilizers on plants.

I myself have seen and experienced several traditional agricultural practices, such as plowing rice fields with cows, planting rice manually with a tandur system (planting one seedling at a time in the rice field), and harvesting rice using a sickle. I have also helped dry the rice after harvest by drying it in the sun.

Although agricultural technology continues to develop, traditional practices still have cultural and economic value for many communities, especially in rural areas.

that's all I can share On this occasion, thank you for those who have read it, hopefully it is useful I would like to invite my friends @rossnenye, @wuddi and @bonaventure24 to participate in this context
