Observations and suggestions:

. Oh! That statistics look low from all indicies. 3% to GDP and 10% employment status. That would mean a representation of focus in the oil sector. Could that mean most developing nations with crude pay less emphasis on other sectors? Good points and views shared.
. These political issues could be ameliorated with conscerted efforts from the government. And the other challenge is government oriented, a situation where funding the sector is required.
. You have demonstrated good knowledge on the general task, with great post presentation.
