It was interesting to learn about the agricultural restrain in your country. I knew that it is a hash weather condition with dry, hot weather and lack of water. As you say it is essential to pay attention to irrigation system but also maybe to try to catch water and store it for longer time. We all got used to live our day without thinking for the future, but the days when there is a high volume of rain that is probably time to collect water for dry season.
