Steem-Agro Drawing Contest 08: Agriculture Through Art.

Assalamu Alaikum to all my Steemian friends. Today I present here my participation in the contest "Steem-Agro Drawing Contest 08: Agriculture Through Art " where I made a nice drawing of a hedge shear. Big thanks to the Steem-Agro community and the moderator @ahsansharif for organizing such a wonderful drawing contest. It's very easy to draw, so let's start the drawing tutorial. I hope to illustrate each step of my drawing with you in detail so that it can be easier for you to understand.

Process of drawing

✏️Step 01 ✏️

A hedge shear wouldn’t be very useful without blades to cut with, so I started my drawing with blades. I drew two straight lines, the upper part of which was connected, and made it pointy. Then I simply extend those lines down to the handle. Then I drew two small circles on this down of the blade.

✏️Step 02 ✏️

In this step, I have represented the sharp part of the blade separately by drawing another straight line on top of it. After that, I draw another two straight lines crossing the first, which forms the edge of the second blade.

✏️Step 03 ✏️

In the third step, I added a small rectangle shape on both of the blade's bottom edges.

✏️Step 04 ✏️

Then, I outline two straight lines that extend down, which makes both blades handle.. Later, I drew the end of the handle by drawing lines of equal distance on both sides, but these lines will be somewhat wavy.

✏️Step 05 ✏️

In this case, I painted the lower part of the handle of the hedge shear and some parts of the blade with black paint.

✏️Step 06 ✏️

Finally, I painted the top of the handle with an orange color and the top of another blade with a pencil shade.

After coloring my hedge shear, on the right side, I wrote the Steem-Agro community name, and below it, I wrote my user name. Then I took a selfie with it.

✅Explain the uses/importance of hedge shear.

In order to preserve the look and health of hedges, shrubs, and small plants, hedge shears are a necessary gardening tool. These consist of trimming and pruning lone shrubs or hedges.
