Agricultural Story #3 / The wonder of Miracle plant.

Greetings my people and welcome to my sweet blog. Am glad to be a part of this amazing contest. Today I bring you my agricultural story which I called the wonder of my miracle plant.

	My miracle plant

A friend of mine had introduced my to this special plant called the miracle plant and the leaves is called miracle leaves. In this part of the country is used for various things which I would highlight later but not in this story.

The miracle plant is very beneficial to health and can be used for a whole lot of things regarding health but that’s not my story. Well I have been watering this plant every now and then even though I thought it wasn’t doing so well. I had earlier thought of applying manure to it which I would still do.

	The yellowing part

Something amazed me about this plant. Sometime ago, a part of the leaves were turning yellow just like this one in the picture above is turning yellow. So I decided to pluck out the leaves, break it into pieces and let it serve as manure for the plant.

I thought the leaves would die off and that’s the end but guess what? Few days after, I noticed the supposed leaves were sprouting out roots from the dipped edges of the leaves. I watched in amazement and kept quiet. I didnt underestimate how the leaves that was supposed to die was still fresh and all the deep edges on the leaves were sprouting root all around into the soil.

Few weeks after which was today, I went to water my plants and guess what, the sprouted roots had turned into new small small plants and were growing on their own in the same pot.

I don’t understand the mechanism behind this so I simply called it the miracle of the miracle plant. How something that was suppose to die could give birth to a whole new level of species not one not two but many. So the leaves in essence gave birth to other smaller version of the same plant. All the smaller plants you see in the watering picture was from the leaves I removed. It’s an amazing phenomenon. I don’t know if there are other plants that have the same reproductive abilities.

Am still here tending to my miracle plant and watching where this miracle would lead us to. I will keep you posted as more of the miracle unfolds.🌝
