We make use of onions in our various homes to cook different dishes. Onion is one of the farm products that has been in existence for a long time. In the past, onions were considered the cheapest vegetable worldwide, but here in Nigeria they have become so expensive. However, people still consume them due to the benefits they have for our health.

Onions are delicious when included in stew to eat with rice; the taste and flavor are amazing. Onions have a lot of vitamins and minerals that improve our health, helping us stay strong all the time.
