Too young 🤔 there are 2 year old fighting backand defending others,it's partly charactor or nature to do so but this is also the age children are forced to behave,fit in, socialize, stay out of trouble and every part of instinct is crushed and labelled as wrong, unacceptable with the result we fear, watch, freeze, look the other way, walk out or join the bully's club.
Interesting is that since we talk about being bullied and discriminated it only became worse and everything is labelled as such.
Yes, now it is easy to reassess and analyse, but then when you see such situation for the first time and it was not a physical bullying but just usually girls do, tease and laugh and avoid contact. There is always a way forward in the case in my school it was that mother took the girl to other school and relatively early, later on we heard that she found good friends there.
It is and will always be such situation of socialising and if the group of people chosen someone then no matter what you do to get adopted in the group there is no chance, the best is to change the place and start from beginning as early as possible. I believe the parents need to be more proactive and get involved so that the child would have an adviser and supporter who is ready to listen and help.
