Man, this is a lot to digest. I skimmed through this and this. It reminds me quite a bit of http://lightleadership.com/ Have you heard of that? Check out their library for a lot of really interesting stuff.

Now downloading the mastermind by lightleadership app. Looks like part (at least) of Holacracy which I have used before. It's good for internal work that's for sure, with potential to relax both inner and outer tensions.
I did find Holacracy very difficult to use, although I was using it in a 'spiritual" community organisation with a transient team, and even Holacracy One said that was the most difficult application!
