working smart...
for many years they told us that those who multitask are smart people and of course, save themselves time. True or?
Those who can multitask (I am one of them) will for sure say that its a skill (indeed it is) but on long term its not said you save time and the minus is that although you do several tasks at the same time you can't focus on 1 task for 200% which is needed to think over what you did, to reflect, to feel the satisfaction of what you achieved. If you don't take that time the brain will keep you awake or will for sure try to reflect through your dreams.
Step, by step is a way to work smart, the same counts for delegating work (someone trustworthy you don't have to check on every 5 minutes) another tip is: Ask a very lazy person how to do a task!
Lazy people can't even do a complete task. There will always be excuses to start it and then to finish it.
I can no longer multitask because my mind won't let me do them like I used to. I forget part of what I am doing in one task, while I am doing the other. Then I have to sit down and think about what I was doing on the two separately.
I used to be able to do it well but I think my brain doesn't want to get used to multiple thoughts and wants to direct me to single thoughts. I don't like it.

It's good to listen to your body and your brain included. I don't find it a problem, I have time and if not, I create it or drop some other tasks. It's all about priorities, likes and what I want to invest in.
