How I joined steemit [7]

Previously I talked about how I managed to gather some money for the phone and i was going through difficult times, I couldn't eat in school because I was saving the money am supposed to buy snacks and eat in school, I was always trekking to school as well, just to save my transport so I finally gathered more than half of the money I was budgeting and we wanted to get a phone through easy buy but my mum changed her mind.

We went to another place where phones are sold and we saw a cheaper phone we can buy with cash but the storage of the phone was very small, just 8 GB. My mum assured me that we will buy memory card once the storage is almost filled up and I wasn't really happy about the features of the phone but we need to manage it for the mean time and having the phone is better than having nothing.

We paid for the phone and I arrived home with it, I was very happy when we got home, my mood changed entirely after I made myself to like the small phone at all cost. I was very curious to start using the phone and my dad was very surprised when he saw the phone, he wasn't really aware of what was about to happen. I was so excited that all my hardwork just to save money, had paid of. We waited for electricity and when it finally came I charged the phone.

The phone was fully charged so I kept my sim card inside the phone, took some applications in my mum's phone through Xender. I logged in to my Facebook and WhatsApp account too though I didn't see all my WhatsApp chats. I remembered why I bought the phone so I logged in to my Gmail account and got ready to create a steemit account. Nevertheless network was still bad at him but I wasn't worried because is my phone and I can take it anywhere I like.

I messaged my steemit mentor that I have finally bought the phone and he was very happy with me, he told me to try my best to register a steemit account so that I can start blogging and I told him I won't waste time at all, I bought this phone March 31st 2022, A day I can never forget in my entire life. I know how I laboured to get this phone because my parents said they can't buy phone for us as the economy of the country is too bad and my mum contributed 10k to my 15k, the phone is 25k which is 72 steem.
