A book which uses a frog as a metaphor to talk about how stressed out people should use well prepared and self motivated tools to help them in how they struggle with how to manage their time and to attain lifelong success which was written by Brian Tracy .
This book is simply a guide for people in general which talks about using the most effective methods for conquering procrastination and getting more important tasks done. It also talks about eating the most ugliest frog frog first when you are faced with two frogs that is doing or performing the most difficult task first.
As we all have frogs jumping all over our desk and they are very mean too. Eat that frog which simply tells one to focus on bigger task first, especially the most important ones or by completing the most difficult ones first gives us some tools or techniques when followed with discipline will help us in achieving our lifelong goals.
- One must take a sheet of paper and write his or her goals and task that is Making a list of all his or her projects, the big multitask jobs that are important to his future and follow it.
