I went to Phuchka House to eat Phuchka. I shared some moments of eating Phuchka with my wife and I with you.
Assalamu alaikum
Friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah.
Today I present to you a new blog about the feeling of eating fuchka and haleem.
I'm @romzan15 from #bangladesh
A fancy shop in Futfa
The feeling of eating fuchka (pani puri) by the roadside is truly amazing! There's a unique joy in it—standing on the pavement with friends, laughing and chatting, enjoying the spicy, tangy, and crispy delight.
The moment you get your fuchka, a sense of excitement kicks in. With the first bite, the crunchy shell breaks, releasing the flavorful mix of mashed potatoes, spices, and tamarind water into your mouth. And if there's some tangy yogurt or extra spicy water, it’s even beter! The fun also lies in bargaining with the fuchka vendor Bhaiya, can you make it spicier?" or "Can I get one extra?"
Vasti and I ate fuchka and haleem from here while walking.
And if it's raining, the taste somehow becomes even more magical! It's a small yet delightful part of urban life, packed with flavor and happiness.
They run this shop together as husband and wife.I saw my wife helping her husband with his work.

Unhealthy aspects of eating fuchka
Eating fuchka (pani puri) is undoubtedly delicious, but consuming it regularly or in excess can have some negative effects. Here are some potential harms:
1. Stomach Problems & Foodborne Illnesses
Street food is often prepared in unhygienic conditions, and the water used may not be clean. Contaminated water and ingredients can lead to diarrhea, stomach pain, vomiting, and dysentery.
2.Unhygienic Ingredients & Storage Issues
Many vendors store mashed potatoes and spices for long periods, allowing bacteria to grow. If stale or low-quality inggredients are used, it can cause food poisoning.
3 Excessive Spices & Acidity Issues
Fuchka is usually spicy and tangy, which can cause acidity, gastritis, indigestion, and heartburn if consumed frequently.
4.High-Calorie Intake & Weight Gain
Of course, you should eat fuchka after seeing these. It is better not to eat fuchka in unclean places.
Since fuchka is deep-fried, it contains excess oil and carbohydrates. Regular consumption can lead to weight gain, cholesterol problems, and digestive issues.
Risk of Infections
Eating street food increases the risk of typhoid, hepatitis, and food poisoning, especially if the water ingredients used are unclean.
Precautions to Take
Choose a vendor that maintains cleanliness.
Ensure the water used is safe.
Avoid excessive spice and tangy flavors.
Do not eat too frequently or in large amounts.
Enjoying fuchka occasionally is fine, but being mindful of hygiene and health is important!
So friends, have you enjoyed it so far? Let me know in the comments and tell me which one you like best. Thank you.
