After six-month of being absent here on Steemit site, I'm excited to reactivate my activities, bringing you the world around me to Steem blockchain. I must have missed a lot, I am sure.

The main reason for my absence here was a housing crisis. Few months ago, my landlord suddenly sold the property where I lived, giving me only a month's notice, which is contrary to Nigeria's law requiring six months' notice. This is the standard.

I searched for a new place, paying agents to help as well, but I couldn't find anything in time.

One day, I returned from my side hustle(repairing of phones) to find the landlord, other tenants, and an excavator ready to demolish the house.

I had barely 30 minutes to remove my belongings from the house before it was torn down that day. It was a terrible thing to me.

My rent was supposed to expire in January 2025, but the landlord returned part of my payment. The real struggle was finding a new home at that short interval.

In Uyo, finding a single room can take 3-6 months. I temporarily squatted with someone, but it wasn't ideal for either of us.

But I still came through though. And now, I have succeeded in renting a single room which cost about sixty thousand naira (#60,000) which is like 199 Steem.

This rent will cover for a year. I did not plan for this and this has scattered my other plans for the year.

I also want to thank sir @ubongudofot who supported me by sending me thirty thousand naira (#30,000) which is like 100 Steem two months ago when I told him about my condition. It only takes a kind person to give such assistance.

He said, I shouldn't return the money back 🥲, that he just gives me to support me and I know he would be surprised that I included his kind gesture on this post 😅.

Sir, I'm sorry if you don't like me mentioning this on this post. But I am just so happy on that kind gesture of yours and I just want to say THANK YOU. There are still kind and good people in the world and you are one. May God bless you sir 🙏

Unfortunately, the environment is flooded today due to drainage blockage. And as at the time I am writing this post, the main road is entirely covered with water, thereby stopping vehicles from moving. This is another challenge,😀 but I would beat it.

I wasn't working all these while, my shop was closed, I travelled to the village.

But I am back now to continue the life hustle. I would be posting here when I can, of course - regularly now.

I am looking forward to building my portfolio of quality posts, friends and engagements and now that i'm back , I will need all the help I can to be useful and better here.

Life happens, but I am back. I am back to learn, make friends, engage, do good and I am back to only positive vibes.
