to stay consistent to write every day

I like writing, that's true, mainly comments and that almost daily. With posts it's a bit different, I need a spark, and if that's not there, I won't write a post for weeks. That's how it is for me.

With daily posts it can happen that you get less response (and votes) per post. In my opinion, once a day is the maximum, I wouldn't do more. Too many posts can put readers off.

Of course, if you can do it and would like to do it, then go for it. Everyone as they like it!
