Golden day to everyone and welcome to this week's recap of the food I ate for two weeks, they aren't really all the food but some of which I was able to capture. It has always been the best of my my to share my food recap to motivate people to eat write, it's more like creating an awareness.
I am not in any way trying too pressurize anyone or impress anyone but I am always bringing this up every two weeks to remind us of the importance of eating right and eating home cooked food.
In recent times, some diseases has been linked to eating too much junk foods (I am not in anyway saying eating junks is bad but taking it in excess is deadly). This is always like a wake up call for people to prioritize home cooked food to restaurant and fries outside.
You stay healthy when you eat healthy, there is something beautiful about cooking at home, you get to really selectively chose the recipe you want to use, you get to avoid recipes that you are allergic to which will help keep your body in a healthy state.
Cooking food at home also helps save money, if we want to really be truthful to ourselves, you will agree with me that eating restaurants food cost way more than cooking at home so it is financially wise to prepare home cooked food than patronizing these restaurants on a daily.
Eating home cooked food will make one carefully was the dishes, pots and other cooking utensils needed to prepare the food, sometimes due to the influx of customers, restaurants do not carefully wash the plates they serve their customers with especially roadside vendors, so you see it's more harmful to eat out than it is to cook at home.
In conclusion guys, prioritize eating home cooked food, be sure to always prepare your own meals irrespective of how busy your schedule is, we will meet again in another episode, for now stay safe and eat healthy.
