How are you all? Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine as well. Today I will share my daily activists with you. Hope everyone like my daily activists. Every morning I wake up at five in the morning. Then I perform the Fajr prayer and after finishing the prayer I drink green tea. After breakfast I eat an egg and then I leave home for the gym with my bike. Gym center is 8 km from my house. I go there and do cardio first. Then I do biceps and other exercises. After two days I do a heavy workout for Lag. It has been a long time since I entered the Jam Center.

After completing my daily activities from the gym, I come to a shop with one of my gym partners for a light snack and tea every day. The one you see with me is a very good boy and he comes to the gym every day to work out. He runs for 30 minutes every day. He is now a 100 kg man after reducing his weight from 130 kg. I spend a lot of time hanging out with her as she has a daily exercise schedule. I love hanging out with him because he always tells me educational stories.

Finish the bank then have breakfast and after finishing breakfast I leave for my duty. I do my office work till noon. But my office help based work has to be done every day and it's a lot of responsibility and work. After finishing work, I go for lunch. After eating rice at home, I pray and then rest for some time after getting fresh. After rest I go back to duty. After work I go to a cafe with my cousin to drink coffee.

The price of a cup of coffee in our area is 70 taka or 4 steem equivalent. After drinking the copy I returned home. After coming home and resting for some time, I went to the market for tea. Habra Bazaar is located two kilometers from my house. There is much better quality sought after. I go there and drink tea. The price of each cup of tea is 30 taka or equivalent to 1.5 steem. Come back home after having tea. Then I pray and go to sleep. Ending my diary game here today.
