How we spend holidays in work places

Today I am going to explain my recent travel experience

Jaffna peninsula is located at the northern part of the Sri Lanka. I got the valuable chance to visit northern part of the Sri Lanka because I have got the transfer in my job to chawakachchri. Chawakachcheri town is 392 km far from the Colombo. Two weeks after getting my transfer I had got long holiday so I got better opportunity to travel northern part of the Sri Lanka.

Suddenly we planned to small journey, with few friends. After preparing over lunch and short eats. Over small journey start from chawakachcheri and we watch lagoon area and visit cultivation area. This route very beautiful. Some areas have a large paddy field area, some areas have dumkola (Nicotiana tabacum) farming, onion farming, banana farming. We were getting these feelings we took our tea time with already prepared short eats. First, we visit to the keermalei tank. This tank also one of upper end of the Sri Lanka. This tank is near to sea and separate from the sea. Keeramalei tank has narrate of the Hindus. They believe water of this tank is sacred. Keeramalei tank and Hindu Kovil situated in same premises.

Then we went to visit the kankasanthurei. It is the one of upper end of Sri Lanka and upper end of railway track, last railway station also situated in kankasanthurei and near to the beach.

That day was a holiday. Lot of people were at the beach area. They were enjoyed. They participate kite festival, musical show, and some sports events. We travel around this area here and there. Dark comes around us that day come to end. After that we started to come back to our places.
