Do you know that fruits are the fleshy products of plants which grows from flowers and some contains seed or seeds basically for human consumption.

Each country around the globe are blessed with different varieties of fruit. If you love and cherish adventure you will agree with me. The creator has blessed us with lot of fruits and proper consumption that contributes greatly to her health.

In this contest, we want to know about your favourite fruit. You are to choose one fruit and write all you know about the fruit.

This should include the health benefits of the fruit.
