Hello friend I am @sualeha from pakistan it's pleasure for me to share my 5th week home
assignment in pastries course in season 21,I am learning throughout from our beloved teachers @lirvic and @dasudi and love to see continue in next season 💓.Well guys this week,s course about Jeloton , discussed there benefits and yummy recipeies made by ..... So guys after complete understanding let's share here home task along with my healthy recipe of Jeloton Pudding l am sure you will enjoy and like it .

Have you ever prepared gelatin at home? Tell us about your experience

Well yes I made many times, in fact my kids liked it too much usually I bought from market having flavers of strawberry 🍓 and 🍌 banana flavers and adding in fruit.cream ,trifles , pudding 🍮,the best thing that I really liked about gelatin is that quickly done and good in taste and my kids love it so hot favourite dessert in my home 👍 👍.

It was making fun when I cooked it with my little son he can't wait for proper cool or settled it just wanted to eat. 😋😄, usually I put red and green jellies in sweet treats.


Make a creative gelatin, you can use fruits, creams, sweets, cream, cocoa, coffee among others (detail utensils, ingredients and step by step)

The dessert recipe that I Share here with gelatin it's Jelatin pudding ,one of demanding meal in my beloved family 🤤 🤤,so guys let's share the complete recipe with ingredients list and utensils along with step by step procedure.

Ingredients and Utensils we needed


Items
Jelatin powder in strawberry flavored 150gm
Milk 250l
Sugar 3 table spoon
Pudding mix 200 gm
Water 250 ml
Gummies
Egg pudding mix

Bowls with spoon
Pan for cooking
Hand mixer
Measuring cups
Glass serving bowl

How I made Step by step

  • Step : 1

In first step I prepared flavored Jelatin ,it's strawberry 🍓 flavers ,I adding water in pan and pour Jelatin powder in boiling water and whisks by spatula preferably if wooden then pour in serving glass dish and let it cool.

  • Step : 2

Now in second step I prepared egg pudding mixture,for that first I dissolved the powered milk in water then add in flame cooked it low to medium flam after boiled add sugar and pudding mix in hot mike and constantly stir to get ride lumps in pudding.

After that cooked pudding 10 to 15 minutes during it's consistency becoming smooth and thicker then off the flame and let it cool at room temperature.

  • Step : 3
    When pudding is cool down then pour carefully on Jelatin dish as shown in in gif.

At last on topping I drew lines for more better look by caremal syrup and gummies on top .

Final presentation ⭐

So guys after decor I placed in fridge for 2 to 3 hours now it's ready to serve delicious galetin

Well !!!? not at all but yes during making kids can't wait for eating there favorite dessert hahaha,over all nice experience, quick and easy recipeies always hot favourite for all mummies........ ,i searched on different shops to find out un flavored gelatin but unfortunately I didn't got.My daughter helped me in during making the recipe and she made first time strawberry 🍓 gelatin and pudding 🍮,at beginning simple recipes good for new learners so we all had great fun in kitchen today ☺️ ☺️.

Do you have any special tips for making gelatin? Share them

I share here some tips for making your gelatin more perfect and beautiful and you will impress your family and love once ❤️.

  • Always remembered that before use soak gelatin sheets to soften them in cold water for about 5 minutes ,due to cold water it will lumps free certainly.

  • When you heat the gelatin mixture make sure the flame should be low to medium not too high , gently whisking constantly because we need transparent gelatin not foamy .

  • Prevention of air bubbles and foam avoid over Remember that right ratio of gelatin in a liquid gives us perfect texture and taste to our jelatan .

  • Trying experiments and fusion creation in your jelatin recipes and out turn out would be unique and super tasty and used flavor less gelatin if available in your area it's gives more variations to your dessert.

  • Last but not least it's very important tip for mostly dessert it must be chill properly Chill the gelatin mixture properly that you will get 100% final results as your desires.
