Peach resin

My peach resin from China finally arrived!
I’m always trying all these alternative health substances and this was the latest one I jumped on.

I’ve been waiting on it weeks and actually forgot I ordered it lol it comes from wild peach trees and the resin comes hardened. You have to soak it overnight and it supposedly expands in the water a bit like chia seeds.

On top of many other benefits it’s rich in amino acids, which promotes the production of collagen. It contains galactose, rhamnose, and amino acids. You can eat it or put it in drinks and soups. I tried a tiny bit just neat and it doesn’t really taste of too much yet I’m guessing you flavour it yourself and it’s more for texture.

I’m off to soak these and will let you know how it turns out.
