The most important thing in a person's life is health. A person who does not have good health cannot be good at anything. A person understands how important health is when he is sick. And to keep a healthy mind, you must eat nutritious food and think of good people. You will eat well and walk well, but if your mental thoughts are not good, you will not be able to be good. And you must also eat vitamin-rich foods. Eating foods that contain a lot of vitamins will keep your body structure and health good. Among these foods, we first include marine fish, milk, eggs, dates, and other types of foods containing protein.
To keep a healthy and beautiful body, you need to eat nutritious food regularly. Your diet should include milk, eggs, meat, fruits, vegetables, and all kinds of foods. Although it is very difficult to get formalin-free food nowadays, you should still try to eat formalin-free food. Many of us know that marine fish contains a lot of protein, so those who live by the river eat a lot of marine fish and they get a lot of protein in their body. Although the people of Bangladesh are limited to low income. And because of this, they cannot take care of their bodies that much, especially when it comes to food. To eat a little good food, of course, there is a financial need, and most of the people of our country do not have that, and because of this, most of them suffer from vitamin deficiency diseases. They do not get the amount of nutrition they need.
Currently, most of the people in our country suffer from malnutrition. And when the people of our country cross the age of 30, their bones deteriorate and they suffer from unbearable pain due to various pains. The only problem is that we do not get the amount of nutrition we need every day. If we could have milk, eggs, animals and fish in our daily food list, then it would be enough to meet the needs of our post. Although it is beyond our ability, then we have to try to eat nutritious food. Most of the children in our country also suffer from malnutrition, for which they often die due to competition. Our country has many records every year because of which many people are dying every year. So we should eat nutritious food as much as we can within our means. On the one hand, as you have to stay well yourself, you also have to monitor your family to meet their nutritional needs.
