These are jilapi. Watching the process of making jilapi is really amazing. The ingredients of jilapi are fried in a round shape on hot oil. In our city, we often see the beautiful process of making jilapi. However, sometimes the process of making jilapi on the side of the road seems a bit unhealthy. This may be my wrong idea. However, many people may think so. However, in some places, jilapi is made according to proper rules. Another problem that worries me when I go to eat jilapi in these shops. That is, when the shopkeeper gives jilapi and takes money with the same hand. This makes jilapi an even more unhealthy food.
