Sunsetting Greek Impressions
There are a few who doesn't like summer in Greece.
My thing is definitely late spring/early summer and early autumn.
Especially after 15th of September when the big noisy families are back to the real life with school, kindergarten, etc...
After that, the sunsets are tranquil...

Well, I'm probably one of them. I recently discovered a Greek band. It has all the components of their famous traditional music, but it's a metal band. And I said to myself: this is something I would listen to in the car when I'm in Greece. But, that's it. The rest I just can't stand.😂
There are some other details and general aspects that I don't like about this country. And perhaps the most important thing - that it is such a popular destination for Bulgarians, and when you go there, you often feel like you are in Bulgaria, but strangely - the scenery has been completely changed. 😃 Because these scenery are wonderful, really, it cannot be denied and your beautiful photos fully show it!
Beautiful golden photos. I have never been in Greece, for some reason it doesn't look attractive to me (can be because the Dutch king and his family visit Greece). I like the food though.
Don't allow something minor to block the joys you will experience for sure!
I've been there tens of times, I would still love to go, no matter the season, that myriad of islands cannot be explored in a lifetime... :)

One of my dreams was to open a beach bar there once I retire, on a place where not many tourists go :D
The language is a barrier as it is completely different from mine. I can greet, thank, ask for some things as food and drinks but I'll need at least an year to learn to speak. Honestly, I think a Mediterranean Italian or Spanish island would suit me better :D

I always say: a sunset can never be kitschy because it is a natural phenomenon. But almost all pictures of it are kitschy; it is nearly impossible, or at least very difficult, to depict a sunset in such a way that the picture is not kitschy.
In my opinion, this only applies to one of your pictures. But don't worry about it!

Beautiful and serene indeed… Here we’re still waiting for autumn too. The heat hasn’t let go yet, but I’m longing for that first chill in the air — the calm it brings, the quiet streets, even that gentle touch of sadness that makes autumn so unique. It’s my favorite season as well.

Here, in the last days it feels like winter already, snowing in some parts of the country.
From 30 C to 5-10 C, too drastically shifted :) Already looking for the sun rays...
