หลักๆเลยก็ประมาณนี้แหละนะครับเมนูที่นำมานะครับแต่ว่าเมนูอย่างอื่นก็มีนะครับอย่างเช่นข้าวผัดเนี่ยก็มารู้จักกันเอายังไงล่ะคือหน้าตาแบบนี้น่ะไม่รู้จักกันอีกทีตอนอายุค่อนข้างเข้าวัยรุ่นแล้วแหละนะครับแต่ถ้าเป็นยุคสมัยตอนเด็กๆเนี่ยก็คือข้าวผัดที่บ้านผมจะเป็นข้าวผัดประเภทที่ว่าผัดใส่เกลือธรรมดานะครับจะไม่ได้มีไข่ใส่เข้าไปนะครับเพราะว่าวัตถุดิบที่เรามีนั้นหาไม่ค่อยได้นะครับส่วนใหญ่ถ้าเป็นไข่ไก่เนี่ยส่วนใหญ่ไก่ที่บ้านเนี่ยเมื่อก่อนและจะเป็นการเลี้ยงแบบไก่เนื้อนะครับไม่ใช่ไก่ไข่นะครับ เมนูส่วนใหญ่สมัยเด็กๆเลยก็จะเป็นเมนูปลาเป็นส่วนใหญ่ครับทางภาคอีสานนิยมหาปูหาปลาประมาณนั้นครับจะไม่ค่อยได้เลี้ยงไก่ไข่ทานไข่อะไรประมาณนี้สักเท่าไหร่แต่ก็มีนะครับ
