Food Photography Challenge - Week 72 | "📷Capture, Click, Compete!📷"

Greetings friends! Today, I'll be participating in this food photography challenge by @theentertainer. I'll be showing photos of some savouring delicacies I have eaten. Let's get started.

This is the Ghanaian Jollof rice garnished with beetroot, onions, carrots and vegetable as a salad and fried chicken. I ate it during my trip to Ghana some months back. It is very nice.

This is rice water. I was surprised when I heard the name - rice water. I had to try it. It is another amazing Ghanian dish I tried some months back. It is made by cooking rice in a very large quantity of water till it becomes soft and mushy. Salt is added to the rice while cooking.

Rice water can be eaten as a cereal. Milk, sugar and any other thing you desire can be added. I ate mine with milk and sugar. I accompanied this amazing dish with watermelon fruit. It was so delicious.

This is boiled plantain and stew with boiled chicken. I made this at home for breakfast. It is very easy to prepare. The boiled plantain can be eaten with anything you desire.
