Very nice night photos; you've managed to highlight the white color of the flower.
You're absolutely right; the starry shape of the flower is reminiscent of https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shuriken.

I understand you want to make perfumes with that flower. In my country, we call it jasmine, and it smells very pleasant. You could try making tinctures with alcohol. Give it a try and let us know the results in a post.
