Yes you are right, but you need to make new edits to the location, anything like roads, new buildings, or anything else.
If there isn't anything to add you can make edits in other locations that you like, but make sure everything is as it should be and match it to the google map.
Okay sir that should be on my next visit to the town where I can exploit the place better
