| В августе 2024 года мы с подругой побывали в групповом туре в Тамбове и области. Я уже показывала сытный обед , которым нас накормили 24 августа. | In August 2024, my friend and I went on a group tour to Tambov and the region. I already showed you the hearty lunch we had on August 24. |
| 25 августа в другом кафе нас ожидал так же довольно сытный обед. Опять был борщ! | On August 25, another cafe had a pretty hearty lunch for us. There was borscht again! |
| Борщ был вкусный. А сервировка ещё лучше. К черному хлебу подали горчицу и кусочек сала. Всё это прекрасно сочетается с борщом. К сожалению, алкоголь не вошёл в обед. А стопка водки сделала бы эту подачу идеальной. | The borscht was delicious. And the serving was even better. Mustard and a piece of lard were served with black bread. All of this goes well with borscht. Unfortunately, alcohol was not included in the lunch. And a shot of vodka would have made this serving perfect. |
| Обед в этот день был обозначен как тематически местный. Из местных продуктов повара решили представить тамбовский окорок. | Lunch that day was designated as thematically local. From local products, the chefs decided to present Tambov ham. |
| Изобразили блюдо по мотивам шаурмы, начинив его кусочками окорока. Ну, не очень впечатлило. | They depicted a dish based on shawarma, stuffing it with pieces of ham. Well, it was not very impressive. |
| Очень украсили второе блюдо соленья: малосольные огурцы и капуста. | The pickles really decorated the second course: lightly salted cucumbers and cabbage. |
| В финале обеда был прекрасный десерт. Яблочный пирог в стиле штруделя. | The finale of the meal was a wonderful dessert: apple pie in the style of strudel. |
