আমি গত পাঁচ বছর ধরে এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে আছি এবং এখানে আমার অনেক শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষী আছেন। আমি তাদের বলতে চাই যে আমি ভালো নেই এবং হঠাৎ করে খুব অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েছি।গত সপ্তাহের বুধবার থেকে, আমি প্রচণ্ড জ্বরে ভুগছি এবং ধীরে ধীরে খুব অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েছি। সেই রাতে, আমি প্রচণ্ড জ্বর, শরীরে ব্যথা, সর্দি, কাশি ইত্যাদিতে ভুগতে শুরু করি। প্রথমে, আমি ভেবেছিলাম এটি একটি মৌসুমী ভাইরাস জ্বর এবং আমার মনে হয়েছিল যে এটি সেই ধরণের অসুস্থতা।

আমি জ্বরের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ধরণের ওষুধ খেতে থাকি কিন্তু চার দিন পরেও, জ্বর মোটেও কমেনি। তারপর আমি একজন ভালো ডাক্তারের সাহায্য নেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিই এবং সেখানে গিয়ে বেশ কয়েকটি শারীরিক পরীক্ষা করিয়েছি। সেই পরীক্ষার রিপোর্টগুলি নীচে দেওয়া হল।

Since Wednesday of last week, I have been suffering from high fever and I have gradually become very sick. That night, I started suffering from high fever, body ache, cold, cough etc. At first, I thought it was a seasonal virus fever and I felt like that kind of illness.

I kept taking the kind of medicine that is required for fever but even after four days, the fever was not reduced at all. Then I decided to seek the help of a good doctor and went there and got several physical tests done. The reports of those tests are given below.

জ্বর না কমায় আমি ধীরে ধীরে দুর্বল হতে থাকি এবং শারীরিক বিভিন্ন জটিলতা তৈরি হতে থাকে। চিকিৎসক দেখানো হলে তিনি এই পরীক্ষা নিরীক্ষা গুলো করতে দেন। সেখানে ডায়াবেটিস বা ব্লাড সুগারের সমস্যাসহ আরো বেশ কিছু সমস্যা ধরা পরে।
যাইহোক আমি বেশ কিছু শারীরিক জটিলতা অনুভব করতে থাকি। এরমধ্যে বুক ধড়ফড় করা, মাথা ব্যথা এবং ভীষণ দুর্বলতা অনুভব করতে থাকি।

গতকাল আবারো ডায়াবেটিস পরীক্ষা করিয়েছি এবং সেখানেও উচ্চ ব্লাড সুগার ধরা পড়ে। সবমিলিয়ে আমি কবে সুস্থ হবো বুঝতে পারছি না এবং আমাকে নিজের আরো ভালো চিকিৎসা করাতে হবে। আসলে সবকিছু আমার কাছে কঠিন থেকে কঠিনতর হয়ে যাচ্ছে। সবার দোয়া কামনা করছি।

As the fever did not subside, I gradually became weak and various physical complications began to develop. When I saw the doctor, he allowed me to do these tests. There, several other problems were detected, including diabetes or blood sugar problems.
However, I continued to experience several physical complications. Among them, I continued to feel palpitations, headaches, and extreme weakness.

Yesterday, I underwent another diabetes test and high blood sugar was also detected. All in all, I do not know when I will recover and I need to get myself better treated. In fact, everything is becoming more and more difficult for me. I seek everyone's blessings.
