This is my typical meal after my dialysis session because the main meal, meat pieces with gravy over rice is my favorite food to eat after my dialysis session and the reason is that I like the taste, it has lean meat, it is seasoned well, and I am hungry after my dialysis session and because of that I want to replenish the protein compounds which my body needs which the dialysis process had also washed-out from my system along with the electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals that also got washed-out by the cleaning process of the dialysis machine. So case and point, I needed to eat a nutritious meal.

In my typical meals, I am already had been incorporating Moringa powder so that it can serve as my natural vitamins and minerals without buying anymore Vitamins and mineral tablets from the store although I still wanted to supplement myself with Methylcobalamin and methylfolate which are a version of vitamin B12 and Folate which are easily absorbed by the body. My aim in doing that is to help my body or bone marrow to produce health red blood cells in normal amounts so that it can help me in the end to oxygenize so to speak my body's cell and make me feel a better sense of well-being and quality of life.

Lots of symptoms and anomalies happens when we get anemic, it changes our body mass and we get so thin, it affects our cognitive abilities which is why it is important to correct anemia as it will affect the brain particularly for the young because it will affect their learning their studies in school. Anemia also affects the appetite, making a person develop a poor eating habit which is why anemic persons are so thin compared to their peers.

Low energy levels leading to be easily fatigued and even cause CFS or chronic fatigue syndrome and I know it because of my experience to it when my kidneys are just starting to fail when I was just a kid and in fact maybe even before I was born and I had explained it from an article I wrote here many times over already.

When you are anemic, quality of sleep is ruined and I am glad that I was able to solve it by the mercy of God in the end although had plagued me since about the year 1996 until about 2014 or so after my body miraculously started to produce red blood cells of its own without relying on EPO injections which I could not even afford during those periods of time and only getting blood transfusions in the most part until I stopped getting transfused with blood because my hemoglobin levels are not crashing anymore for some reason or that miracle given me by God which is why my insomnia got solved along with the return of my appetite from zero to 100 percent until it came back down because of the medication that I used to control my secondary hyperparathyroidism leading to Leontiasis Ossea or developing a "Lionface" syndrome, you can google it.

It is just a short explanation on why I wanted to use the two aforementioned vitamins just to give me more quality life which I am trying to achieve all these years and it has been a struggle but I am trusting God on how he can help me with this long-standing problem because I couldn't seem to normalize my hemoglobin and the normal amount of red blood cells and its percentage to my blood volume. Now what I am trying to do is that I am trying to get well-nourished as possible by using Moringa powder leaves as part of my daily diet.

I really cannot pass the super-benefits of this type of superfood as it is known to because the Moringa leaves are packed with essential vitamins and minerals that my body needs. So with its powder form, I can easily take them in without eating the leaves directly because chewing cooked leaves are just too tasking for me to do not to mention about how boring and how time-consuming if I will eat it for every meal that I would be having. I also want to take Moringa leaves in its raw form so that i will get the full benefits of what it contains like the vitamins which can degrade if it will be cooked.

So I am glad that I am able to purchase a capsulator machine for the purpose and I am now planning to buy a bigger capsulator machine that is designed for the bigger 00 size capsules which can make a one gram capsules of Moringa powder and it will let me take less capsules per meal. My goal is to take two teaspoons of Moringa powder per day or equivalent of 10 grams of Moringa capsules if I can make a 00 size capsule to house 1 gram of Moringa powder. It will give more convenience in taking in the capsules and less frequency in making capsule batches too.

Although powdered Moringa leaves is also high in fiber, I still wanted to eat fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and even if no fresh fruits and vegetables to be had, I can still have them in the form of fruits in sachet form and in this case I would have pineapple chunks as a last resort as my fruit of the day. The nutrients form it could be lessened because of the processing but I am ore confident that it will be effectively compensated by the Moringa powder which in this case I used about a dozen capsules containing roughly about .735 grams of Moringa powder and is ample enough to give the best nutrition by just having this seemingly simple meal made so very nutritious by an addition of Moringa capsules and that is for every meal that I am having although I only eat twice a day without snacks in between meals..
