Friends, welcome, all of you people in my post today. I hope you all will be happy and healthy. Friends, as usual, woke up early in the morning as usual today. I took a bath and had Sehri. In a while, the sun's light spread all over the house, which was the time of my job. I went to my hospital. In my hospital, I started the morning round as usual and met the patients. I love meeting patients and listening to their suffering and giving them a resolution.

• External Training Program

Today I kept an external training program. In external training, I called my friend Mr. Harshad from Surat. Harshad is my old friend. After finishing studies, we had a job together for a long time, but then I liked the service industry and he liked marketing. My friend gives training along with marketing. I called him and asked him to train. Previously he checked the skill of all the staff. He brought a dummy hand and did a skill test of all nursing staff. He analyzed the gap in the practical and gave feedback. Then he gave training and took a post test again. In this way they were given training.

• Focus on IV Cannulation

IV canulation is a very clean and skill procedure. When the patient is admitted to the hospital, he first feels the rate of injection. He thinks that I do not have pain, so he wants him to get a nursing staff with a better and a skill of IV canulation , who inserts a catheter in his vein in one go. I want that if any patient comes to my hospital, he should not have any pain and he should comfortably get IV Canulation, so I had kept the training of nursing staff today. This training went on till evening and then came home. So this was my day in this way. I hope you all liked it.
