  • Here are the ingredients I used to make the delicious Taal Pitha. It is mentioned below.

ProductQuantityNocal Price
1palm500 gm
2Flour3 Cup
3Sugar2 Cup
4Date jaggery1 Cup
5Oil300 gm
6Salt to taste
7Baking powder1 pc
  • Step -1 ๐Ÿ‘‡

First, with the help of a clean cotton cloth, the water from the palm should be drained. I tied it with a cotton cloth and hung it for three to four hours. In this, the excess water of the palm leaves and it dries up. Can be taken in any container and will not stick to any container. See I took a lattice, and turned it over and it was quite solid. If so, less rice powder and sugar are needed. It is very tasty to eat and has great flavor. It looks very attractive.

After mixing the mixture well, put it in a clean container in the oven. After that 300 grams of oil should be poured. And the temperature of the oven should be increased. Let the oil heat up quickly. This pita is deep fried in oil. Then the pita is well cooked and puffy. When the oil is hot enough, the pita should be left in the oil one by one with the help of hands
