It’s commonly grown elsewhere as an ornamental species & most known varieties include - ‘Donna Laz’ (pink), ‘Alicia Luz’ (dark pink), ‘Queen Sirikit’ (light pink), ‘Donna Aurora’ (white) & ‘Donna Envangellina’ (dark red).
Mussaenda as commonly known can be grown as ornamental plant in parks & public gardens or along roadsides, byways & highways.
Used in landscaping which serves well as a decorative specimen with its showy blooms & would fit beautifully in your home gardens looking quite attractive to butterflies, bees, hummingbirds & insect pollinators as a cool nectar plant.
