Cartoonized Character - Get Your Cartoonized Image - Sell For Steem

Today I am here to sell a Service for the Steem - Most users like to get their own cartoon characters/Avatar. I still remember once I was looking for the same service, I got a website that was providing this service. They charge 25$ per picture and the delivery time was 15+ days. Those days were trending days for the Cartoonized Characters.

The main problem that I was facing at that time was using my Master Card or Visa card for this service. If we use our simple master card the bank doesn't provide international transactions/Shopping.
