Corrected Mistake

Me and my cousin brother were having a chit chat some days ago and he told me a short story of how he suffered because of ignorance of thinking things can always be done without seeking advice or counsel from higher minds.

He said he was giving a short to see at his place of work, all the necessary materials where made available. While at the most important part of it all he made a mistake. He made a mistake while cutting the material.

He just managed to cut the rest then thought he could correct the mistake he made on his own while cutting, all his efforts in correcting his mistake prove abortive.

It took him almost the whole day to correct the mistake but it was all waste of time and energy, so he eventually took the matter to his master, and without wasting much time he directed him on what to do to get back the beauty of the shirt.

And he said without wasting lot of time he applied the tactics given to him by his master and to his surprise the clothe was fine despite the error he made while cutting.

He said after that he was so mad with himself because he could have done lot of other things the whole time he spent trying to fix it up on his own, that story really got into my head. This is what so many of us are facing today.

The thing is that, we all make mistakes. In fact, no one amongst us is immune. But at times it can feel like we are trapped. The solutions for our problems can sometimes seem worse than the problems it self.

Today I bring this verse of the scripture to you Isaiah 51:3 it says "For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody"

I don't know the kind of mistake you've made or the loads of sin you're battling with, burdens you've carried for very long time, and you still think you can fix it up all by yourself?

I want you to stop wasting time because you're causing more harm than good thinking you can patch it while not show it to the one who has the higher power to correct your mistakes, cleanse your sins carry your burdens rebuild and renovate your live.

My dear It's not too late to make that decision today because if you do, your live will be better.
