A New Name

Isaiah 62:2 And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

The Almighty God is elated to be called our God and Father, when we intentionally choose the path of righteousness in Christ.

He wants to show us off to the world for the purpose of displaying His righteous nature to the glory of His name.

It's amazing here, because His righteousness activates a new name in us. We are no more frustrated but favoured. We are no longer cursed but blessed. We are no longer disappointed but appointed for greatness.

No longer associated with poverty but we are wealthy in Christ.

This is our new name: BLESSED AND FAVOURED BY GOD. Nothing can beat this, the Lord of all has sealed it.

Cheer up, for Kings shall see the manifestation of your glory in Christ. You shall blossom again and nothing can stop you.

The mouth of God has spoken, it remains so forever.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us a new name. We stand by your word and we shall never see shame, in Jesus name. Amen.
