Gloriouskids facing fiery situations
Fear everywhere, but we’re confident that God will keep his innocent children safe.
For long now, we’ve not posted any updates here. Reason was because there were no much events going on in school since the pandemic, lockdown and school closures from the government.
During the lockdown, we experienced some heavy rains that made our road inaccessible by little children.
This led to some outcry to the local government. They really didn’t do anything about the road until recently that a caring individual decided to repair the road so that the street people and school children can move around.
Some of their workers (the construction 🚧 company) uses our assembling ground for their workshop as you could see from the above picture, this has led to extra carefulness in controlling our school children.
We have some of their machines parked at the front of our school. This also causes some distractions for pupils who always chants at every sound of those heavy duty machines.
This is the first time that some of these children are setting their eyes on such big machines.
We don’t deny them the experience, rather we’ve utilized the opportunity to teach them about those machines and their duties. Hopefully some of the little children will grow up to become engineers and architects.
There’s too much unrest in Nigeria right now, I’m talking to God on daily basis for peace in this nation. My prayers are also on these children, that God will protect them. Right now, we study at closed doors to avoid harm from violence taking place everywhere.
I’m glad seeing these innocent children growing in knowledge and in wisdom, irrespective of poverty and the environment. They’re utilizing everything that is available for their learning.
I came across the alphabets on the wall and smiled.
I know that I’m the future, testimonies will abound on their behalf.
Help us to give future to these children. Your contribution, comments and upvote is appreciated.
