Los padres en su mayoría, siempre se preocupan porque sus hijos estudien y al crecer sigan una carrera universitaria y desean que se centren solo en sus estudios. Y estudiar es realmente algo que todos debemos hacer, pero ¿Por qué solo incentivar a los hijos al estudio y no al trabajo?
Sin embargo hay muchos hijos que deciden independizarse desde muy jóvenes y consiguen un trabajo para costear sus propios gastos.

La mayoría de las personas que hoy se consideran exitosas, son personas que han trabajado desde muy joven, pues aunque no es fácil, tampoco es imposible que puedas trabajar y estudiar.

Que tu hijo tenga un empleo no significa que ya no debas apoyarlo, al contrario sería algo brillante que comience con un empleo cuando aún no tiene ninguna responsabilidad, esto les enseñará responsabilidad, criterio propio, relacionarse con los demás y aprenderán muchas tareas que le ayudarán en su vida de adultos.
En mi opinión un joven debería haber vivido la experiencia de tener por lo menos un empleo, antes de terminar su carrera universitaria, no está mal explotar el mundo laboral antes de, los beneficios son bastante amplios: autoestima, confianza, seguridad,etc.
Un chico joven que ha trabajado se desenvolverá de una manera eficaz en su entorno. La práctica laboral abrirá el camino en tu vida profesional, tus habilidades se desarrollarán, aprenderás a ser responsable y valorar el trabajo y el dinero que ganas con tu esfuerzo.
Y pues te recomiendo que si no te sientes seguro de trabajar y estudiar al mismo tiempo y cuentas con la ayuda de tus padres, no arriesgues tus estudios , puedes empezar la práctica laboral, cuando estés de vacaciones. Padres no obliguen a sus hijos, solo asesórenlos y apóyenlos, y si tienen un tiempo libre anímenlos a hacer algo que seguro en el futuro les agradecerán.
