It's only in the Old Testament where God promises to bless his people financially if they're obedient. God never promises "covenant blessings" to the church. Our blessings are spiritual in nature. See Ephesians chapter 1.

It's just sad that so much false doctrine comes out of Africa. You'd think that people who live in poverty would understand that being in Christ won't make them rich.
