GOD IS ALL SEEING EYE.

Hagar who became a victim of bitter hatred took to her heels, when her mistress Sarai dealt harshly with her, after she became pregnant with Abram’s child. She must have wondered why she had to go through all that. In the first place, what played out had nothing to do with her. It wasn’t her manipulation, it was a plan concocted by her mistress Sarai and she was simply brought into it. Right there in the wilderness, while on the run; lonely and dejected, she wondered what was going to become of her and the seed in her womb.

All of a sudden, she had a divine visitation and it was so clear that the Lord was aware of everything she was passing through. She didn’t need to recount anything to God; God spoke to revive her hope and she couldn’t help, but proclaim – “Thou God seest me”. We serve the God Who sees; He sees you just as you are. He knows what you are going through and very importantly too, He knows what to do.

Have you found yourself in a situation, where you feel you are not expressing yourself to God enough? You have a strong burden in your heart and somehow, you don’t seem to be able to pass it across in prayer the way you ordinarily want to: it makes you feel dejected and you feel you are not getting through to God. Not to worry! God sees you in and out; He knows your situation more than you can ever think or imagine. David in a very profound manner proclaimed – “Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain to it” (Psalm 139:5-6).

God knows the end from the beginning. He went ahead and gave Hagar a rundown of the future of the child in her womb. He even went ahead to name the child and called his name Ishmael. Your situation has a name which you may not know, but God knows it. The situation is not beyond Him, it is under the rod of His divine authority. Scriptures affirm concerning the Christ of your praise; that, “God also hath highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name:

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). God does not just work with what you tell Him about your situation; He works with what He knows about it.
