From SteemWorld home page like https://steemworld.org/@accountname, if you click to BlockExplorer under Tools, then no need to login as it will pick up directly.
In what case do we need to log in? I never did.
I guess for specific Block Explorer, it is also fine without login, but for other tools like authorized apps, account auth, it need login.
