Good, each topic explained very nicely. You find false breakout, because I can see the chart is set on 4 hour time frame wherein the above chart is 1 Day. 200 MA is commonly consider in 1 day chart, hence some false breakout can be seen in other time frame chart, but good to trade for that day only, because you can see after breakout how it was up for a day.
