Thanks for educating us @sapwood. I want a clarification on this

The Newcomers[Task-4] should complete the Beginner[Fixed Courses- Task-1,2,3,4,5,6] first before they proceed to Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Tier[Dynamic Courses].

Does that mean that all participants in the beginners fixed tasks should complete each task before they could join the dynamic courses next week?

    Yes, ideally a Newcomer[Task-4] label should finish all before they proceed to the three tiers, that will also make their journey smooth.
