You are right and you have shown to fundamental principles of white paper of Bitcoin and I agree with these fundamental principles as well as I agree with a general concept you have shown about miners reward during Bitcoin halving so in 2024 yes I agree that Bitcoin halving is expected and again minors reward would be reduce to 50%
