How do I back up the seed or mnemonic key or private keys of the different coin in a multichain?

After signing in into your multichain wallet, a mnemonic key is being sent to users in other to complete the registration and signing in. After the mnemonic keys are being displayed. New users are asked to save their keys in either a cold wallet or on a sheet of paper because the keys will be needed to recognize such wallet addresses.
These keys are unencrypted and needed to be backed up safely, if possible the mnemonic keys got lost while it has not been backed up. Then such an account is rendered useless and the wallet company will be the one to take control of the wallet account.

How do I re-import the existing multichain wallet in a fresh installation?

Before a re-import is made you must take note of the following;

Make sure your recovery phrase or mnemonic keys has been backed up the go to your settings on your trust wallet, in setting click on the wallet, and after that has been done tap on the three dots aside it. Click on display recovery keys or phrases to show your recovery phrases.

You need to make sure your recovery phrase has been printed out or copied on a piece of paper

Your mobile apps need to be updated or if you are using a new mobile phone but in case you are using an outdated app
Then you update your mobile app and after that, you then delete your old wallet and this may cause it to be removed completely from your mobile device.

After the update has been made, you go to the corner of your newly updated wallet and click on the + sign to have access to the import screen, then click on the multi-coin wallet. You have to type correctly recovery phrase. After then you tap on the import.

If you have already copied your recovery phrase earlier, you just paste the words there or you can scan the QR code on the multi-coin wallets.

Once all this is done, then wallet import is done and your wallet is ready to use.
