What is POB

How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why?
I think voting for yourself on the Steemit platform is a very frivolous process , In my opinion, a person should write some material himself and review the same material and then vote for the same material himself this process is not considered socially good at all .
We have already talked about the Proof of Brain Consensus method It is important that our content is reviewed by other users so that they can correct us our Mistake and upvote on post and get reward through reward pool.
