Hi, why is the first moon called wolf moon? First time I hear about it. What is meant by a night later? A burning candle, a lamp switched on, street lanterns or the wishing balloon?
We had wishing balloons when young also for birthdays. Think forbidden no longer see them. Sounds that first phone was a life changer. My first phone was a gift from mom (also the second) and we both had the same to be able to text. Never used MMS and we still text. Data is indeed expensive. Thought if we are forced to use it, it would be cheaper and faster. Still wait for the free options.

    I just only knew it from the internet. Before, I didn't knos that there is a specific name of the moon every month. This is the ecplaination.

    Wolf Moon explained
    The Wolf Moon, the story goes, is so-called because wolves don't hibernate in winter, and are very much active during January. Perhaps the sound of wolves howling on the night of a full Moon, while many other animals were still slumbering, is what led to the nickname being adopted.

    Wolves are active if they search food. Wolves howling underneath the moon is a tale. They always howl ask wakeupkitty, moon or no moon. Still doesn't explain why the first moon of the year is called wolf moon. Someone starts the word and it's the truth. Will see what I find. Thanks. Enjoyable Sunday

      I don't even see a wolf in real and your mom told about wolf during winter. I just knew it from internet and update about moon.
