CONTEST: "The Keyword of the Week" / WETTBEWERB: "Das Schlüsselwort der Woche"

Good evening, Dear Dreamers!

I didn't quite fulfil my self-imposed OBLIGATION in time, the evaluation of the "Keyword of the Week" is once again a day late. But never mind; there were also ‘last hour activists’ among you and my joy at everyone who recognises our keyword as a worthwhile impulse naturally outweighs any thoughts of deadlines and rules ;-))

What else is there to say? Obligation can of course mean a lot of things, both positive and negative. The approaches you chose were correspondingly diverse. My choice of winners was therefore, as always, not an easy one:

inspires me with her idea of a ‘word trader’: let's call him a librarian or bookseller - he provides us with reading material and is therefore an important player in our educational and cultural landscape...

Guten Abend, liebe Träumer!

Meiner selbst auferlegten VERPFLICHTUNG bin ich nicht ganz rechtzeitig nachgekommen, die Auswertung des “Schlüsselworts der Woche“ erfolgt einmal mehr einen Tag verspätet. Macht aber nix; auch unter Euch gab es „Aktivisten der letzten Stunde“ und meine Freude über jeden, der unser Schlüsselwort als lohnenden Anstoß erkennt, überwiegt natürlich jeden Gedanken an Fristen und Regeln ;-))

Was gibt es sonst zu sagen? Verpflichtung kann natürlich eine Menge bedeuten, im positiven wie im negativen Sinne. Entsprechend vielfältig waren auch die Ansätze, die Ihr gewählt habt. Meine Wahl der Gewinner war daher wie immer keine leichte:
